How long can this bedroom be ignored? My two messiest girls are together in the same room. This picture is proof. I find myself wondering what the point is of gathering the troops and cleaning this up when it always seems to end up like this in a couple of days. Seriously! I guess I need to find joy in the fact that some day when my children are gone my floors will be empty.

My sister was super messy like that! My mom's only rule was that there was a safe path from the bed to the door in case of emergency! And don't worry, she's a neat freak now!
That's a good perspective! It's reassuring to see that other people have messy kids, too. :)
I'm so glad there are other moms out there that suffer from the same tornado! I swear my girls' room always looks that way... it doesn't make it a full day after we clean it. That is why I was so against having all 3 in the same room and having a toy room. I don't want a consistantly messy room... but I guess that doesn't really matter. Just don't tell my husband because then he'll think he won the battle.
What is it with girls and messy rooms? None of my girls are clean, actually-none of my KIDS are clean!
We can get trading cards for two of our messies too. Kind of like garbage patch kids. Glad to know we aren't the only ones!

Kate's room ALWAYS looks like this, too. I'm banking on the 'grow up to be clean' scenario Colleen pointed out, because my messy sister is the same way. Let's hope, huh?
