The Handy Man!

I'm thankful for my husband's ability to fix anything. We have been in our new house only 3 months and our Hot Water Heater went out. I was excited to take a bath one night before bed. I turned on the water, cold, cold, still cold, NATHAN I yelled. It could not be fixed and we needed to buy a new one (ouch). The house is only 6 years old. They don't make the water heaters like they used to. They are basically disposable now days. My husband was able to put it in and save us the money on labor. Last week my vacuum, this week the water heater. Hopefully that is it for a while. Thanks honey!!

Was that the night of our dutch oven party? The night we talked about how a warm bath is the only way to be warm again after an evening like that? I hope not, that'd be so sad! It is great that Nathan knows what he is doing...Adam is a quick learner, but didn't have a lot of handyman example in his house growing up. Sorry to hear about the water heater! Our real estate agent gave us a home warranty as a house warming gift when we moved in for just such occaisions! Of course, our water heater isn't going to go out until it expires...isn't that how it works?

LOL - I love that he wore the shirt with the paint on it too. Makes it look more official - the handy man's uniform!

Stinks to be all set for a hot bath and not get it. :0(

Glad that you have temperature options again now water wise.

(6 years seems rather a short life span though . . .)
