I love the blog world. I think it is amazing how women use blogs to share their creative side. I'm a big fan of Ree from The Pioneer Women. She is just adorable. Anyway, she posted a recipe that uses cool whip and holy moly did it cause some cat fights and controversy. Really people? I just got a kick out of reading the responses. I guess we all put ourselves out there having a blog and allowing people to comment. I have always believed that insert foot is appropriate more often then not. This is from one of Ree's followers;
"I love this blog because you cook real food. You don’t do the disgusting conglomerations of packaged and prepared foods that so many food bloggers who can’t really cook seem to do. I guess i was wrong- this recipe really really disappointed me. Cool whip is essentially hydrogenated oil, high fructose corn syrup, flavoring, and preservatives. People shouldn’t eat stuff like that and definitely shouldn’t be feeding it to their kids. I really thought that you were better than that."
My comment back to her: HOW RUDE!!
Love Ya, Ree!

wow that is rude! why do people think they can say rude things? Really, what's the point?
I love Pioneer Woman too.
That is crazy! She should've kept that to herself... Really. So rude!
Oh my gosh! That is so hilarious and so sad all at once. The things people choose to spend their negative energy on are shocking. Like Kendra said, what's the point?! I'm off to have a big spoonful of Cool Whip! :)
