My sweet hubby is away on a brother's trip to Ohio. He left yesterday and will be back Saturday night. Today when I talked to him they were on there way to the Football Hall of Fame(awesome). My Nathan does not leave often. In fact I can count very few times he has been away. I'm happy that he gets to spend time with his brothers. I can definitely hold down the fort while he is gone, but the family does function differently while he is gone.--I don't cook dinner as often.
--I spend more money
--I don't clean like I usually do.
--I leave the downstairs light on all through the night.
--I love the extra room in my bed, but I don't sleep as well.
--The kids have sleepovers on the floor in my room.
--I don't look as put together. I really do like getting dolled up for my husband.
I can not believe that Nathan left the same day as the last day of school. Wow! How did that happen?

P.S. I eat more food too-ugh!

I am the same when Adam is away! And when he was travelling out here for 6 months before the house sold for 2 weeks at a time...well, let's just say it wasn't good! But I am glad he is having fun, and the time away isn't too long!
