Praying for Uncle Josh

Nathan's brother aka Uncle Josh flies RC-135 planes for the Air Force. We are praying for him today. Josh has an important flight that is upgrade training to aircraft commander. Basically he is training to go from co pilot to pilot which is a big deal considering it is sooner than most. When Josh goes on his missions we don't know what he is doing because they are top secret. He has been home longer than usual because of his training. It has been a relief lately knowing he is not in harms way. I'm sure once his training is over he will be deployed again. Luckily his deployments are in three month intervals. Josh is married to Maren and they have a 2 year old girl and another girl on the way. We love you and are praying for you Uncle Josh.

Military guys - they are GREAT, and brave and really really tough. So are their families (I say this as if I am NOT a military wife because I don't know what I would do if Cameron was a pilot OR deployed. Scary!) Good luck to him and your family.

Wow! What a job! Thank goodness for good, brave men and women willing to serve us all. We keep our service men and women in our prayers too...including Josh! I love the pictures of the ice cream cones from the post below! You will have to tell me where that place is!
