Terms of Endearment

I was thinking about the terms of endearment that I have heard through the years. We have all said them, received them, or heard them. Some are cute, some are precious, and some just plain weird if you really think about it. This is all in good fun!!

Honey(Sticky and gooey-gee thanks)

Pumpkin(Big, plump, and orange-excuse me)

Peanut(don't choke on me)

Sweetie Pie(at least it's not sweaty pie)

My Love(and only love)

Darling(sounds sarcastic)

My pet(just don't feed me pet food)

Baby(watch out for the spit up)

Sweetheart(sorry, I don't think my heart taste sweet)

Pookie(um-don't get it)

Sweet Pea(green and sweet-um sure)

My Treasure(yep, you won't find better than me)

Angel(really, I'm not that perfect)

It is important to let people know how we feel about them through the words we speak. We can also make them feel good with out words. One of my favorite sayings is:

"People will never remember

what you said half

as long as they will remember

how you made them feel."
