I love to work out and I love to try new things. I try to mix up my work outs so I don't get in a rut. I have done KB swings at the gym, but when I found out you can make your own device without spending the money on a fixed weight kettlebell I was hooked. This is my homemade kettlebell that I can use to do the KB swings. The weight is about 28 pounds including the pipes. When I get stronger I can just add more weight. My goal right now is to get up to 75 reps about twice a week. Sorry I look kind of possessed in the pictures. No, I don't normally get dressed up to work out. You swing it in between your legs up to eye level over and over again. Form is very important to get right. Awesome exercise!
