I can hardly express the sadness and shock that my family is suffering at this time. Especially my stepmother and step siblings. My stepsister Julie lost her battle with depression in the early hours on Saturday May 29th. My dad and Julie's mom (Sally) were married back in 1992. The Christiansen family has been part of ours for the past 18 years. The pain my stepmother is experiencing is beyond comprehension. Julie is a wonderful person!Why does it take a minute to say hello and forever to say goodbye-Author Unknown. I have the peace and knowledge that I will see you again. I am so sorry Trinette, I can't comprehend having to go through such a sad ordeal. Our prayers are with you and your family!
I'm so sorry Trinette. We've lost family members on both sides of the family to depression at ages far too young to be saying goodbye. I know this is hard to understand and cope with.

I am so sorry Trinette! My Aunt lost that battle when I was 12 and it was devastating to our family, the pain still lingers under the surface when we are all together. I am so glad you have the peace of the gospel in your life. Love you!
