Carmel Puff Corn is just yummy goodness. If you love carmel popcorn you will love this. I think it's better than carmel popcorn because it's softer and doesn't stick to your teeth. You just might want to double it!
Carmel Puff Corn
1- 4 1/2 oz. Bag Of Chester's Butter Puff Corn (found in the chip isle)
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Boil butter, corn syrup and brown sugar for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add baking soda and vanilla-stir to cause foaming. Pour over pops. Enjoy, but your hips won't thank me!
