I guess roasted Kale is the new rave. I'm not sure where I have been or the fact that I would have never thought to roast kale in the oven. I just happen to come across a blog about roasted kale chips and how all the food bloggers are raving about it. I guess I'm not in the know, but I don't mind. I'm off to the store to buy kale to roast in the oven, who knew! Trust me, just put roasted kale chips in your search engine and it's a roasting Kale party.
VERDICT:Teva is stuffing her face with kale chips. She loves them. That says it all!

Interesting! I just so happen to have a big bunch of kale in my fridge. I haven't met a roasted vegetable I didn't like so I'll have to try this.
