I'm in a weird, be prepared, make life easier mode. I made this mix the other day and got the recipe from My Kitchen Cafe . I made the pancakes this morning and they were quick, easy, and oh so healthy tasting. I'm all for healthy pancakes, especially since pouring syrup on is not so healthy. My kids loved them, well expect for Aivan, not sure what his deal was. The food storage cans come in handy and I just put this in my fridge. Wahoo, for make life easier pancake mix. I'm not a big fan of the store bought stuff, so this is great. It's always interesting what us stay at home moms get excited about. Pancake Mix, really?

Oatmeal Pancake Mix

It's so true! I find myself getting excited about the funniest things too. But that's life right now! Where did you find that pancake mix? The field day pics are great, and how fun that Nathan was able to go.
